Located in Mount Holly, NC, 足彩外围网站 is seeking a 维修技术员 reporting directly to our 维护 Manager.  The 维修技术员 has the qualifications and business acumen to troubleshoot machinery problems and continuously monitor 电 and mechanical devices as part of a predictive and preventative maintenance plan. The incumbent should understand and demonstrate proactive maintenance concepts and employ best maintenance practices. This position is expected to have a significant impact on improvements in run time efficiency.

职责 & 责任

• Compete assigned work orders and checklists for the day, and document work performed using the internal documentation process.
• Rapidly respond to urgent (prioity1) calls to address issues in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot to Identify 电 and mechanical issues by using test equipment (meters, 花费, 闪光灯, 等.) and repair issues with all equipment (production, facilities, auxiliary, 等.)
• Servicing of 电 equipment including AC and DC drives, 制度, and their associated control networks and I/O.
• Create and process urgent work orders when assigned.
• Attend daily assigned meetings to assist in identifying priorities for the day.
• Assist in Root Cause Analysis when involved in the associated failure.
• Repair and/or replace defective 电 or mechanical equipment.
• Assist in identifying parts for repairs.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and equipment modification projects.
• Document all modifications made to equipment during repairs (mechanical, 电, 气动, 液压, 蒸汽, 等.).
• Work overtime as needed for critical jobs or breakdown situations.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

教育/经验

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years 维护 work experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• 2 years technical degree is related area is preferred.
• Basic understanding of 电 knowledge is preferred.

• Basic 电/electronic circuit knowledge.
• Understanding of paper waste recovery, baler, and cyclone system.
• Working knowledge of motor control systems, 制度, and communications systems.
• Working knowledge of relay and ladder logic.
• Working knowledge of production and support equipment.
• Ability to read prints, assembly drawings, and 电 schematics.
• Machine roller and component rigging for overhead crane use.
• Safe working knowledge on use of shop tools including lathe, mill, press, welder, and saws.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required.
